As a trauma-informed licensed dietitian-nutritionist (LDN), I'm dedicated to fostering a mindful and integrative approach to health and wellness. 

My goal is to help you develop sustainable, balanced habits that truly support your well-being. I believe in meeting you where you are, listening to your body’s needs, and reconnecting with your own inner wisdom.

 

True health isn’t about following someone else’s rules or trying to fit into a one-size-fits-all ideal. It’s about honoring your body and learning to trust yourself. That’s why my approach combines Intuitive Eating, functional medicine, herbalism, and Ayurveda—all framed by the Health at Every Size (HAES) philosophy, which celebrates the diversity of bodies and health.
